We hope that you'll be 100% satisfied with the products you order from us. All products shipped are brand new from their manufacturer.

Returns: 14 Day Time Limit
You must email customer service at to get a Return Authorization number within 14 days from receipt of your order. A photo attached of the specific product showing the problem is also helpful.
Returns on merchandise for any reason other than manufacturer defect or an error on our part, will be assessed a restocking fee of 20%. We do not pay or refund shipping costs except on orders with a manufacturer defect or order fulfillment error (wrong product sent).

The merchandise must be in brand new, unused, original condition to get a refund or exchange (including: tags, packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.). Please do not allow your pet to play with any item purchased until you have inspected it for defects or damage to ensure your pet's safety or in the event you need to make a return.

We offer no warranties or guarantees, expressed or limited, other than those supplied by the manufacturers of the products that we offer for sale. If your dog(s) chews up an item that you bought from us we hope you'll consider the fact that he/she/they had fun doing it, making it a worthwhile purchase!
